my dad ~ scott hasty

He is one of my favorite people. My built-in best friend, and the one I call for EVERYTHING. I wouldn’t be where or who I am today without him. From all the softball lessons and tournaments, teaching me all the things about cars, four-wheelers, all the motorcycle rides as a little girl thinking I was the coolest girl in town on the back of that bike, to teaching me all the life lessons about being an adult. He’s always there. I am so thankful for him and all the things that he has taught me even when I didn’t want to listen. I will forever cherish the bond that him and I have and all the memories we have and will create. P.S. Don’t get too comfy with the whole marriage thing... I’ll still be over every weekend and weekend ; )

I love you Pops,
Your Favoritest Daughter

my momma ~ tamatha hasty

My Momma is the sweetest and kindest soul anyone will ever meet. My biggest role model, and my other favorite person, and my other built in best friend. I hope to one day be half the mother, wife, and woman that she is. We butt heads like no other, but I like to think that’s because we are so much alike. Any free time I get I catch myself calling her to hangout or run errands. All the shopping sprees and trips to and from Anderson just to come see me because I was homesick or just wanted to come home and so much more. She would do ABSOLUTELY anything for me without even blinking an eye, and for that I am forever thankful.

I love you Momma,
Your Little “Sunshine”

To My Parents: Jill & Jason Willoughby

Mom & Dad,

I just want to take this time to say thank you for everything. You guys have been nothing short of amazing. You have always made sure that me and my brothers are well taken care of and are able to pursue our dreams. We may not have a big mansion or a boatload of money, but you always find a way to make things work. I’ll always be appreciative of the time that you both spent with me traveling to baseball games all over the country to let me play the game that I love. You are the best parents that I could ever ask for. I love you both.

Mom,

Thank you for always helping me whenever I need it. Whether it be needing gas money in college or helping us with Rizzo, you have always been there for me and I can’t put it in words how much it means to me. Also, thank you for being tough on me growing up, I may not have seen it then, but looking back now I appreciate how you raised me. Without you, I don’t think I would be the man I am today. I’ll never forget the long road trips we had traveling for baseball and all the crazy experiences we had, especially our Atlanta trip. Thank you for always standing up for me, even when I probably was in the wrong, you were always there to defend me and I know you will be moving forward. I’ll always look up to you and I know you’ll always be one call away. Thank you for helping me become the man that I am.

Dad,

Thank you for always being someone I can talk to when I need it and helping me understand how life works. Thank you for teaching me how to be responsible and how to take care of myself, whether it be taking care of my car or just life in general, you’ve always been there for me to talk to. Also, I’ll never forget having you as my coach growing up and always asking you to run the Colts plays from the Peyton Manning days, and you finally listened to me and it ended up being unstoppable (you’re welcome by the way). I always find it a goal of mine to beat you in golf and I finally got that a few years ago and I’ll never let you live it down. Plenty more losses are coming so be ready. I know things have changed over the last few years, but I know one thing hasn’t and that is your determination and will power. Over those years, I recognized that my worst day could be your best day and just seeing how you are able to persevere through so much just inspires me to be better and not to take anything for granted. I know Brandon, Kevin, and I are always looking up to you and I just want to say thank you for being an amazing dad from all of us. Without you, we wouldn’t have achieved our goals in life. I can’t wait to get back out on the course with you and just enjoy spending time with you.
